Q.  What countries does Rigolette's Treasures ship to?

A.  At the present time, we only ship within the Continental United States.

Q.  What is the return policy?

A.  The following return policy is in place:

If returning one of the artisan, handmade products, the following conditions apply:

  • If the product is damaged or broken upon arrival, please submit a clear photograph of the product and the damage as well as the package in which it arrived in.
  • Please return the product with original packaging and any and all associated tags, inserts, and accessories, as well as the original packaging slip to:

  • Customized products such as Print-on-Demand (POD), can not be returned due to the personalized nature of the item unless there is damage to the product upon arrival.  If there is damage upon arrival, please refer to the steps as mentioned above.
  • Any, non-customized product may be returned for a full refund within 14-days of delivery as long as the product is returned undamaged.
  • Please Note that any item of clothing that is being returned must be returned in the condition that it was received.  It must be in an unworn and unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached.
Q.  What is your processing and shipping timeline?

A.  All items will be processed within 1-7 days of receiving your order and will be shipped to your address using the shipping service selected.  As soon as your item ships, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Q.  What payment methods to you accept?
A.  We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Q.  Do you have gift packaging options?
A.  I can provide gift packaging for items that I handcraft and ship from my location.  Due to the nature of many of my items being shipped from locations other than my actual business location, I can not offer gift packaging for those.
Q.  How do I cancel/modify an order?
A.  If you need to cancel or modify an order that you've made, you must do so within 12-hours of ordering.  Otherwise, you will need to wait until you receive the item and start a return using the Return Policy.  Please note again, that personalized items, once put into production cannot be cancelled or modified.
